Registration
Registration is open until the conference, but we appreciate it if you register as soon as possible, it helps us with planning.
Even if you are only attending a single meeting (for example, an evening meeting), we would like you to register in advance or fill out a form at the office when you arrive.
Location and availability
The conference will be held in Andreaskyrkan
(Korkeavuorenkatu 22, 00130 Helsinki).
Unfortunately, we do not have our own parking, and recommend that you leave your car at home, especially on Friday and Saturday when street parking can be expensive.
For example, you can:

walk from the train station (about 1 km), or

Take tram 10 and get off at the “Trekanten” stop.
We recommend that you download the HSL app in advance to buy tickets and plan your trip.
Accessibility in the church
Our church is partially accessible. In some cases, for example with a wheelchair or stroller, you need to take an alternative entrance to reach different floors.
Please contact the office and we will make sure that someone is on site and can open the door and help if needed.
Interpretation
The conference is bilingual: Swedish and English.
The children's program is held in Swedish.
Please let us know in your registration if you need interpretation.
First aid

There are first aiders on duty on site during the conference.
You can indicate in your registration if you wish to stay with a host family. In that case we will contact you after registration. Places are allocated in the order of registration, so register early if you want to be sure of a place.
